Dora, Dora, Dora...the Explorer

Jim took the kids to Pennsylvania today to see Dora at Pizza Hut.

Emily was excited to meet her..

Emily's 1st Trip to the Dentist!

Since Emily just *loves* brushing her teeth, I figured it was time to take her to the dentist. Once I made the appointment, she kept asking if it was time to go to the dentist. When I made the appointment, I started "prepping" her. I told her that some of the instruments looked scary, but they wouldn't hurt.

When the day finally arrived, Emily was so excited! When we were in the car, she kept asking if we were there yet. I figured that she would be excited...until she got there. Well, I was wrong! She LOVED it! And she was very excited with her new toothbrush and princess flossers!

Laura's 4th Birthday Party!

Today we all drove to Pennsylvania for Laura's birthday party. It was at International Gymnastics. Emily had so much fun on all the equipment! Jimmy was too young to enjoy it, but he sure did enjoy the cake!

Just Bouncing Around....

My Parents got Emily & Jimmy a new trampoline! Emily couldn't wait for Daddy to put it together. Once it was finally done, she couldn't wait to get on it!

Happy Easter!

We hope everyone had a Happy Easter and that the Easter Bunny was good to you! He was good to us! Emily was up pretty early wondering if the Easter Bunny came. She was happy to see that he did! She almost didn't want to wait for Jimmy to wake up!

All Brick & Mortar!

Emily had so much fun making her Gingerbread House, that we figured she'd love the Easter Bunny Hutch! She was so excited and had a lot of fun making it with Daddy!

Dying Easter Eggs...

We finally decided to sit down and color the eggs for Easter. Emily had so much fun doing it this year and she made some really pretty eggs. Of course, she picked the Sponge Bob Kit...

Here comes Peter Cottontail...

We took the kids to see the Easter Bunny today. We knew that Emily would sit and smile pretty. But Jimmy, we just weren't sure. We figured that he would probably throw a fit....

We were right! I don't know who was happier to be done...Jimmy or the poor Bunny!

This was Jimmy an hour later....
So, we didn't traumatize him!

Tigger....Round 2

Emily & Jimmy went to Pizza Hut today to meet Tigger again.

Emily loves Tigger....

Jimmy...not so much...Even Aunt Michelle holding him wouldn't make him smile.

Happy St. Patricks Day!

Since it fell during the week and I was working, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day on the 14th of March. I did have to work, but I got done at 3:00pm and everyone started showing up around 4:00pm.

The Greatest Show on Earth!

Jim took the day off and we all went to the circus. We got great seats...about 20 rows up from the floor. This still put me too close to the clowns! But we all went and had a great time!
